Head chef Corsa
Are you our new Head Chef at Corsa?
We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas and delicious antipasti made from high-quality ingredients. Our guests enjoy our food both in-house and as takeaway. We have 4 restaurants in Copenhagen and we are looking for a new head chef to manage one of them.
About you
You have a minimum of two years’ experience baking Neapolitan pizzas and prior experience as a Head Chef. You will work closely with your Sous Chef and report to the Operational Manager for the Corsa kitchens.
You understand the importance of food and wage percentages when planning and purchasing. You will create schedules, hire staff, manage orders, and run the service. Administrative work will be approximately 2–3 hours per week — the rest of your time will be spent in the kitchen, ensuring high standards and strong teamwork.
You will lead a talented and dedicated team, contributing to their job satisfaction and commitment to ensure the best possible guest experience. Strong communication skills are essential. You speak English and/or Danish — Italian is a plus.
